10% on the first £1,000 of a job, 5% above that — only when the customer pays. The app shows what you'll receive before you send a quote.
Paid when confirmed.
You're paid when the customer confirms the job's done. On bigger jobs you're paid per stage, as the customer approves each one.

    Getting paid

    On staged jobs, you're paid for each stage when the customer approves it.

Verification

What we record before you can quote.

Identity.
Confirmed through our payment provider, Stripe, when you set up payouts.
Credentials.
Gas work: we record your Gas Safe registration number and check it against the Gas Safe Register. Electrical work: we record your registration and the scheme it is with. Other trades: there is no register we check.
Insurance.
We record your public liability policy and its expiry date.
Tax details.
UK law requires platforms to record certain seller details and report earnings to HMRC each January. We collect what the rules require.

We record what was checked and when. Customers see your business name, credentials and quote details.
