Handled comes from a working trade. Customers chased quotes that never arrived. Tradespeople paid for leads that went nowhere.

So the app does one thing. Post a job. Get quotes. Done. The customer describes the job once, local tradespeople quote for free, and the customer picks one and pays in the app. The tradesperson is paid when the customer confirms the job's done.
