Heating engineers in Swansea

No hot water on a cold morning, a boiler showing a fault code, a service that's due, or a CP12 for a rented flat. Tell the app what kind of system you have, add a photo of the boiler's display and its make-and-model sticker, and heating engineers quote in the app.

You post the job from the Handled app.

The home screen: "Hi there", "What needs doing?", a "Describe the job" box, and "Or pick a trade" with a "List view" button and tiles for Plumber, Electrician, Cleaner, Exterior cleaner, Handyman and Gardener.

Questions

Questions about boilers and heating

What photos help with a boiler fault?

The front of the boiler with any display or error code, the sticker with the make and model, and the pressure gauge if you can see one. Engineers see them before they quote.

What if I don't know what kind of system I have?

Choose Not sure. The other choices are a combi boiler with no tank, a boiler with a hot water cylinder, or a back boiler or something older — the make-and-model photo usually tells the engineer which.

Can I book a landlord gas certificate?

Yes. Choose Landlord gas certificate (CP12) and list the gas appliances in the notes — boiler, hob, fire. The engineer quotes for the check and the record.

What if there's no heating or hot water right now?

When the app asks how urgent it is, choose “No heat or hot water right now”. Engineers see that on the job before they quote, and each quote says when they can start.

Do heating engineers do radiators?

Yes — Radiators and heating system covers new radiators, ones that stay cold and moving one to another wall. A dripping radiator valve can also go to a plumber.
