Why does the app ask how to get round the property?
Ladders, poles and pressure washers have to reach the back. The app asks whether it's clear all the way round, through a side gate, only through the house, or blocked by something like a conservatory or steep ground.
What should I put in the notes?
Where to park, whether there's an outside tap to use, any pets in the garden, and when you'd like it done. Exterior cleaners read the notes before they quote.
Can I get the gutters cleared and the windows done together?
Post the main job, then add the rest in the notes. Each quote lists what's included, so you can see who has priced both.
Is roof moss removal the same as a roof repair?
No. Moss removal is cleaning, and exterior cleaners quote for it. Slipped tiles, leaks and flashing are jobs for a roofer.
Can I get solar panels cleaned?
