Can I book a regular clean, not just a one-off?
Yes. Choose Regular home cleaning and pick weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The quote says what's included on each visit.
Who brings the cleaning products?
You choose when you post the job: the cleaner brings their own, or you provide them. Cleaners see your choice before they quote.
What goes into an end-of-tenancy clean?
Say whether the property will be furnished, empty or part-furnished, and tick any extras — inside the oven, the fridge or the windows. The quote lists what's included, so you can check it against the inventory.
Can a cleaner come in after the builders?
Yes. Choose After-builders clean and say how many bedrooms the property has. Photos of the rooms show the cleaner how much dust and debris there is.
Can I get carpets and a sofa cleaned?
Choose Carpet and upholstery clean, give the size of the property, and add photos of the rooms and the pieces involved. Cleaners who do that work quote for it.
